Yet Another New Tooth Experience...

5/16/09-Madison lost another tooth. The new experience...this time she was on the monkey bars, dropped down, then hit her mouth on her knee! Yikes, sounded painful to me!! It was her top, right, front tooth and it had been wiggly for a while. We wanted her to get it out of there, but not that way. She was pretty upset. Nick's mom had taken the kids to the park and then called to tell me what happened. It was really hard to hear her crying and not be able to do anything. The tooth was never recovered. Annette picked up a small rock and told her that she found it, so that was one less thing for her to be upset about. Once she was home we replaced the rock with her other front tooth that I saved (thank goodness) and showed that to her. She's none the wiser for now. She was able to put the tooth in her tooth fairy pillow and all was well.

Ethan's School Program

5/19/09

Ethan's program took place outside on the patio since it was so nice. He did a GREAT job!! Nick and I were really proud of him. I was worried his shyness would keep him from performing, but he did it and did it well. The little guy next to him didn't want any part of the happenings. He's suppose to be Ethan's partner for this song, Ethan just kept on going. I just can't believe our little guy is getting so big! I'll post more videos of other songs.

Happy Mother's Day!!

5/9/09-Since I didn't get what I was looking for from the pictures before I decided to snap these this morning. The kids were in a great mood and ready to smile away! I LOVE all these pictures, but the first one is the best! Everyday I come to appreciate my kids more and more. Nick and I have been blessed with such wonderful kids. Thank you God for making me a mom!!

Sunken Gardens

5/8/09-I took the kids to the Sunken Gardens, only to find out the flowers won't be planted until 5/16/09. I was planning on getting some pictures to give out for Mother's Day. I took almost 40 pictures and didn't really get what I wanted. There are some good pictures though. Usually my kids are so smiley, on this day they just didn't feel like it I guess!

Cleaning Cousins

We celebrated Easter with my dad the Saturday before. The kids spent a TON of time in papa's garage...cleaning it!!! Dad found a broom for all three of them and they went to town. I think they were in there for over an hour and his garage floor was spotless. I told the kids that they could clean out our garage this summer. It just isn't the same!

Easter

These are just a few pictures from Easter. I don't know how many pictures one mom can have of kids finding Easter eggs. The last picture is funny. Madi was eating a chocolate bunny and ended up with chocolate all around her mouth. When you have missing and loose teeth in the front it becomes hard to eat! I feel bad because I never got a picture of the kids together in their nice clothes...all well.
